The revival of Fiorucci – the brand – after its global relaunch in 2017, is imbued with pop iconography and graphics, which suit the vibrant context of the Soho store in London created two years ago by the new property.
Renewing the glories of the first collaboration between Elio Fiorucci and Keith Haring in 1983, today Fiorucci presents a new collaboration with the Keith Haring Foundation.
Keith Haring, who ignited the neo-pop current, was already one of the world’s most renonwned street artists when he painted the Fiorucci store in Piazza San Babila in Milan in 1983. Elio Fiorucci, for his part, was the first to import American pop culture into Italy, mixing it with surrealistic pop elements à la Warhol and applying a new communicative language to fashion and retail.
Fiorucci x Keith Haring is therefore the homage of the contemporary Fiorucci brand, still the ambassador of urban pop in a seamless thread with its own DNA.
The collection includes t-shirts and sweatshirts in limited edition, is focused on the “Radiant Baby”, perhaps the most recognizable art by Keith Haring, and it is now available on the online store and in the Fiorucci Soho store.
