Bark

Ozone, an Italian high-consolidated knitwear company, has been recently noted thanks to its creative launch of Bark. The brand, whose payoff is “bark your style”, offered since its launch in 2011

a new perspective in marketing sports jackets. Just one “captain product”: a knitted montgomery, offered  in several bold colors, for men and women. After this starter comes the fragrance, Bark Scent, developed internally, single sized and unisex, launched in june 2012, to be followed beginning of 2013 by shoes and bags, styled and manufactured internally again, with the “knit” concept boldly played. Probably this unhortodoxical path, conviced Altana, an internationally kidswear company managed by Marina Salamon renowned for betting on high profile and high growth brands, to license Bark for a 0-14 years collection. The collection was showcased at Pitti Bimbo in January, in the same days while in Berlin at Bread n Butter Bark was being noted by professionals as “product to watch”. Next steps with licensing? No news so far.
