Cavalli with C&A

Roberto Cavalli did it again: after H&M and Target in USA, he now teams up with C&A  Brazil for a new collaboration.

In Sao Paulo last week, the Italian designer personally presented the ‘Roberto Cavalli for C&A Brazil‘ collection, with the usual shimmering embellishments and animalier printing, deeply reflecting the brand’s DNA. Through a direct-to-retail licensing deal, the collection will be limited and exclusively conceived and available only at C&A stores in Brazil starting november 2013.

The news is that the communication strategy behind the project is based on boosting the buzz via Instagram: firts time for C&A and first time ever in Brazil, the social network is used as a promotional medium with a dedicated campaign.‘The Five Cavalli Commandments’, this is the concept, invites users to post a photo to @cea_Brasil using the hashtag #loucasporcavalli (crazyforcavalli) showing how they interpret the Cavalli rules. The best submissions will receive an invitation for the pre-sale for the Cavalli Collection launch, a book on Roberto Cavalli and a gift card for C&A. Anything missing?
