Hublot, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer, just launched a smartwatch version of its iconic Big Bang model in a limited edition of 200 pieces, dedicated to all fans of the Premier League.
The smartwatch has added several features tailored to fans of the British Football Championship, with a strap available in the iconic purple of the Premier League, which can be quickly changed thanks to Hublot’s ingenious One Click strap-change system.
The watch features a lightweight case in titanium of 42 mm, with the dial which can be set to display the time using both digital or analogue displays; when a match starts, the watch automatically switches to “Match Mode”.
The watch is supported by Google Wear OS operating system, integrated with the specially designed app Hublot Loves Football Premier League. Users can receive reminders about the kick-off of matches and notifications about goals and all the highlights of the matches. And, in case there are two games taking place at the same time, users can switch between them with a simple screen tap.
Hublot will provide the referees with a special version of the watch, not available on the comsumer market. The referee version will have additional functions, including goal-line technology.
