A new adventure looms for the well-known handbag brand founded by Chiara Felici and Manuela Casella

Le Pandorine’s new project for very young fans makes its debut at the next Pitti Bimbo in June. A capsule collection for girls from 4 – 14 with t-shirts and dresses in a rainbow of colours and fresh, fun materials, all with the obligatory ironic slogans from the iconic bags that has made this brand so famous.

The collection has been put together by specialist manufacturer the Simon Group, now on their 5th licensing partnership after their first successful sortie with Paul Frank Industries, swiftly followed by others with Dimensione Danza, Braccialini Girl and Maserati. The Simon Group will also be distributing Pandorine bags for kids.

A happy meeting of minds and spirit working together on a project, something increasingly common nowadays, which is pushing the boundaries of brand extension. Brands from the world of accessories expanding into other sectors hardly raise an eyebrow any more, after a series of emblematic cases such as Police with Tavecchi and Mavive perfumes, Braccialini with Canepa and Simon and Camomilla Milano with Zucchi and BBS.
