It’s no news that the global most beloved fashion doll partners with a designer brand, but Balmain x Barbie sees the French label adding up to the long list of Barbie collaborators with a digital art twist, admist the NFT fever caught by many fashion brands.

The physical Balmain x Barbie range of more than 50 ready to wear items is in fact paralleled by three NFT pieces, featuring fashion dolls Barbie and Ken wearing pieces from the collection, which will be auctioned from 11 to 14 january.

This first toys-meet-fashion digital act includes Ken in a multicultural and inclusive campaign, created by photographer Norbert Shoerner .

The physical range launches 13th January, not only at physical stores, but mainly through Balmain website and Mattel Creations, Mattel e-store dedicated to fans with limited editions.
