D1 Milano, a watch brand founded in 2013 by Dario Spallone, is known worldwide for its licensed collaborations that range from entertainment to design, at ease with Lancia Delta, Clockwork Orange and Space Jam.

Today D1 Milano unveils a new partnership with Chupa Chups, the pop icon lollipop, with a limited edition range based on the Nanochrome model, interpreted in three different shades of blue, green and pastel pink that recall three of the most popular flavours of Chupa Chups: Cola, Apple and Berry.

Each watch features a smooth silicone strap, a 32mm case and a decorative dial that resembles the swirl-like rings found on every lollipop. To complete this collaboration, each model comes with a box of the same colour, along with collectible pop-art graphic stickers.

The campaign accompanying the launch is a clear reference to the soft clocks of “The Persistence of Memory” by Salvador Dalí, the artist who redesigned the Chupa Chups logo in 1969.

The launch on February 15th engages a large group of social media influencers, while POP material (pun intended) will feature the windows at D1 Milano flagship stores and at the selected specialised watch retailers.
