Universal’s Frankenstein and his bride inspire Prada.

Hollywood continues to influence fashion, a latest examples being the new collection by the Italian fashion house Prada now hitting the shelves.

Part of the autumn-winter Prada ranges are in fact inspired to Universal Studios’ Frankenstein, and include graphics and moods taken directly from the saga.

As seen during the catwalks on last January’s fashion weeks, Prada men’s collection proposes a series of Frankenstein-themed shirts and jackets, featuring vibrant green and purple graphics with Frankenstein patches.

Women’s collection also features inspirations taken from “The Bride of Frankenstein”, another Universal Studios movie, in a gothic-romantic tone

The same dark-romantic cinematographic style is also permeating the whole Prada campaign, featuring models including Gigi Hadid on a city rooftop, as well as in a science lab and urban garden.
